Job Description:
Manager / Sr. Manager, Clinical Supply Chain & Logistics Our Boston based clinical?stage biotech client is seeking a Manager / Sr. Manager, Clinical Supply Chain & Logistics to drive global clinical supply operations and ensure uninterrupted delivery of investigational product across active and future studies. This position requires 3-4 days per week onsite in their Boston office. What You'll Do Lead end?to?end clinical supply chain activities for DS/DP/FG and ancillary materials Manage global IP distribution, temperature?controlled logistics, and chain?of?custody compliance Forecast site demand, develop stocking strategies, and support enrollment?driven supply needs Build and maintain clinical supply plans, inventory tracking, and expiry management Coordinate material transfers across CDMOs, depots, labs, and clinical sites Partner cross?functionally with CMC, Clinical Ops, Quality, Regulatory, and Manufacturing What You Bring 5+ years in biotech/pharma clinical supply chain Strong understanding of GxP, global distribution, and import/export requirements Experience with CDMOs, depots, and clinical logistics partners Proficiency in inventory systems and Excel Detail?oriented, proactive, and comfortable in a fast?paced clinical environment
