This role focuses on maintaining high standards of care while supporting clinicians in their professional development. The Clinical Supervisor plays a key role in ensuring services meet clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities:
Provide clinical supervision and professional guidance to therapists and clinicians Review treatment plans and clinical documentation for quality and compliance Assist clinicians in managing complex cases and treatment strategies Support staff training, mentoring, and professional development Ensure clinical services meet regulatory and ethical standards Contribute to program improvement and service development
Requirements:
Active Massachusetts clinical license such as LICSW or LMHC Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field Experience supervising clinicians or leading clinical teams preferred Strong leadership and organizational skills
