We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to create a premium patient experience from the first interaction. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working in aesthetics, wellness, beauty, or luxury client service environments. Responsibilities Welcome and assist patients professionally Manage scheduling and appointment confirmations Answer calls, texts, and patient inquiries Coordinate patient flow and daily operations Maintain organized records and front desk systems Support patient retention and rebooking Assist with memberships, packages, and treatment coordination Deliver exceptional customer service at all times Requirements Fluent Portuguese
