Job Description
Company Description At Tyde, we specialize in personalized wellness solutions, combining advanced medical treatments, such as GLP-1 and peptide therapies, with customized nutrition and fitness plans tailored to individual lifestyles. Our approach focuses on creating sustainable habits that empower individuals to achieve lasting health and well-being. With a holistic focus, we prioritize long-term success by helping clients regain confidence, vitality, and energy. We don't just prescribe medication. We guide patients every step of the way — and that's what sets us apart. We're now opening our first physical studio presence inside a wellness collective, and we're looking for the right person to be the face of Tyde in that space. Role Description As our Wellness Coordinator, you'll be the first Tyde team member that people meet in person. Your job is equal parts brand ambassador, patient educator, and trusted guide. The wellness collective we're joining attracts exactly our kind of patient: health-minded women who are curious, research-driven, and actively looking for support. Your role is to meet them where they are — spark a real conversation, help them understand how Tyde works, and walk them into a booked consultation with our medical team. This isn't a front desk job. It's a relationship role. We want someone who can talk about GLP-1s, perimenopause, and metabolic health with warmth and confidence — not recite a brochure. What You'll Do At the Studio Be the warm, knowledgeable face of Tyde during your shifts — welcoming walk-ins, visitors from neighboring businesses, and existing patients stopping by Educate potential patients on Tyde's programs in a clear, approachable, non-clinical way Walk interested visitors through Tyde's eligibility quiz or intake process on the spot Book consultations with our medical providers before people leave the building Maintain a professional, organized physical presence for Tyde in the shared space Building the Community Develop genuine relationships with practitioners in the collective — personal trainers, estheticians, acupuncturists, massage therapists — and create a consistent referral flow Follow up with leads who weren't ready to book during their first visit Support existing Tyde patients who want an in-person touchpoint for accountability, questions, or general check-ins (non-clinical) Admin & Communication Log leads, visits, and bookings in Tyde's systems Communicate patient feedback and recurring questions back to the core team Help identify opportunities to improve the studio experience as we grow What We're Looking For You Bring Experience in clinics, medspa, medical aesthetics, wellness retail, or a similar environment where you navigated both care and sales Genuine personal interest in women's health, GLP-1 therapy, hormones, or metabolic wellness — ideally someone who gets it firsthand Natural conversational ability — you can hold a real, reassuring conversation with a skeptical 52-year-old who's tried everything Comfort working independently, representing a brand without a lot of on-site supervision Organized and reliable — you show up, you follow through, you log what matters Comfort with basic digital tools Nice to Have Background in health coaching, nursing, nutrition, or a related field Personal experience with GLP-1 medications or a weight loss journey Existing relationships in the local wellness community Experience with commission-based patient or client conversion You Don't Need A clinical license A background in telehealth — we'll train you on how Tyde works Why Tyde Be part of something new — this is our first in-person studio presence, and you'll help shape what it becomes Work with a mission-driven team that genuinely cares about patients Flexible, part-time hours that fit around your life Commission structure that rewards real results Grow with us — as the studio expands, so does this role
