The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative and communication skills, with a focus on providing exceptional patient service and support within a busy spine surgery practice. This role is vital in ensuring smooth clinic operations, accurate documentation, and effective coordination between patients, providers, and insurance companies. The Patient Service Coordinator will be responsible for managing patient interactions, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance coverage, and maintaining comprehensive medical records. Duties Greet and room patients professionally. Phones and Epic message management Insurance verification Prior authorizations MRI/CT/testing coordination Front desk support Medical records and administrative support The ideal candidate has prior medical office experience, strong communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Orthopedics, Epic experience, and authorization experience is preferred.
