Job Description
Justice Resource Institute (JRI) supports the Department of Youth Services (DYS) by placing qualified Clinical Directors and Clinicians in their Northeast, Central, and Southeast programs. This position is based at the DYS Paul T. Leahy Center in Worcester, MA . This Clinical Director (LICSW or LMHC) position provides clinical leadership at the Central Region Reception Center (CRRC) . The CRRC is a community-based option for low-risk detained youth of all genders, where youth are placed in foster homes with community support from staff at the Reception Center. Compensation The pay for this position is $87,651 per year. The listed range reflects what we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for this role at the time of posting the position. The actual compensation an employee is offered may vary based on several factors such as experience, education, licensure, certifications and qualifications. This range may be modified in the future.
Schedules Offered:
4-Day Work Week:
Monday- Thursday or Tuesday
- Friday 9:00 AM
- 7:00 PM or 10:00 AM
- 8:00 PM OR 5-
Day Work Week:
Monday- Friday 10:00 AM
- 6:00 PM or 11:00 AM
- 7:00 PM This position requires in-person attendance.
Requirements:
Current/active MA LICSW or MA LMHC. Candidates must have experience working with adolescents and their families, expertise in suicide risk assessment, knowledge in case conceptualization, and crisis stabilization and management. Knowledge of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and other cognitive-behavioral therapies; comprehensive training in DBT will be offered. Must be flexible to meet the needs of youth and families; ability to work late afternoon/evening hours as needed. Acceptable driving record and state/federal background checks.Strongly Preferred:
At least three years post-licensure experience. At least two years supervisory experience. At least one year clinical supervisory experience. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
