Full Job Description Overview:
The Administrator, Clinical Outcomes will assist with oversight of the department outpatient program operations. The incumbent will obtain, compile, and analyze program/clinic data; identify needs; develop plans; and implement solutions to aid individual program/clinic operational growth.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop, implement, and evaluate curriculum, measurement, and monitoring systems for addressing Clinical Outcomes objectives. 2. Collaborate with Clinical Outcomes staff and faculty to address projects identified by leadership. 3. Develop and maintain data-driven systems to produce reports and provide information regarding performance, to include compiling, documenting, and presenting data for evaluation of implemented strategies. 4. Conduct in-depth assessment, analysis, and reporting; recommend changes; and implement Clinical Outcomes programs projects as necessary. 5. Meet with Clinical Outcomes staff and faculty to review the previous month's activity, identify needs, develop strategies, and implement solutions to meet requirements necessary to attain performance goals. 6. Develop, initiate, monitor, maintain, and periodically review and update quality improvement programs which ensure compliance with procedures, data quality, and system effectiveness. 7. Assist the Senior Vice President and Director, Clinical Outcomes with administrative and systems level activities.
Qualifications:
EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree in business administration or similar discipline required, required. o Specialization in Business Administration project management or related subjects preferred.
EXPERIENCE
Five years of experience coordinating or managing projects, required.
Minimum pay range:
USD $93,561.73/Yr.
Maximum pay range:
USD $168,541.98/Yr.
