Job Description

Brighter Strides ABA is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA/LBA) to join our growing team. We provide high-quality, individualized in-home ABA services for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and are committed to supporting both our clients and our clinicians. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, including functional behavior assessments (FBAs), to identify client strengths, needs, and treatment goals Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans that promote meaningful progress and positive outcomes Provide clinical supervision and ongoing support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians Deliver caregiver training and collaborate with families to promote skill generalization across environments Monitor client progress through data analysis and make treatment modifications as needed to ensure effective intervention Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation, treatment plans, progress reports, and authorization requirements Collaborate with interdisciplinary providers, schools, and community partners when appropriate to support client success Ensure all services are delivered in accordance with BACB ethical guidelines and clinical best practices Mentor and coach clinical staff to promote professional growth and high-quality service delivery Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing professional development opportunities Provide direct clinical services when necessary to support client and program needs Qualifications Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or behavior challenges with
