We are a Behavioral Health Center that provides mental health therapy and psychiatric rehabilitation programs to all ages and groups. We are searching for a full-time salaried Licensed Mental Health Clinical Coordinator at our Baltimore location to join our dedicated team. Position includes salary benefits, 401k, M-F daytime hours, and no Saturdays. HRSA Eligible site
Responsibilities:
Provide individual therapy to a small caseload of adults ensuring that all programs are implemented and operated successfully Keep meticulous records in accordance with current record-keeping systems including, but not limited to progress notes, statistical information forms and all forms related to client charts Complete all supporting documentation needed by billing personnel and/or third party payers Management of client services and authorizations Review of therapeutic interventions and plans Responsible for the daily administration and supervision of the OMHC, managing a staff of full and part-time therapists and support personnel. Helps with short term planning, program evaluation and compliance with federal, state, local and independent regulatory statues. Responsible for all staffing processes, such as performance evaluations. Ensures quality of documentation and care of clinical care provided by therapists. Responsible for overall client satisfaction with clinic and clinic services.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have LCPC, or LCSW-C. Experience with substance abuse population helpful Familiar with State Regulations (COMAR), and CARF standards Compliance with ethical and professional standards of counselors and therapists Willingness to lead and to be proactive in critical situations Problem solving and decision-making skills
