SUD Director (In-Person)

T & N Services and Solutions is seeking an on-site Clinical Director to provide steady, hands-on leadership for our outpatient behavioral health and substance use disorder (SUD) programs in Baltimore, MD. This role is for a licensed clinician who values integrity, consistency, and people-centered leadership —someone who wants to be visible, engaged, and trusted by both staff and clients. What You'll Do Serve as the on-site clinical leader for outpatient SUD and co-occurring services Supervise and support licensed and unlicensed clinicians, recovery coaches, and care coordinators Review clinical documentation, treatment plans, and client progress Ensure compliance with DBH, Medicaid, HIPAA, and ASAM standards Support staff development, accountability, and clinical excellence Collaborate with leadership and community partners to strengthen outcomes Who We're Looking For Master's degree in a behavioral health or nursing field Active, independent MD license (MD/DO, Psychologist, LICSW, LPC, LMFT, or APRN) Experience in outpatient behavioral health or SUD services Prior supervision experience preferred Strong clinical judgment, professionalism, and leadership presence Strong technical proficiency and the ability to effectively adapt and integrate technology into daily operations.
