Our team focuses on comprehensive dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, dental implants, sedation dentistry, and advanced restorative treatments while delivering an outstanding patient experience from the moment a patient contacts our office. We are seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organized Front Desk Receptionist / Patient Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping patients navigate their dental care while ensuring the office operates smoothly and efficiently. Position Summary As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a key role in creating a positive and welcoming experience. You will assist patients with scheduling, insurance verification, treatment coordination, financial arrangements, and communication while supporting the clinical team and maintaining efficient daily operations. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit Answer incoming phone calls, respond to patient inquiries, and schedule appointments efficiently Confirm appointments and manage the daily schedule to maximize office productivity Verify dental insurance benefits and explain coverage to patients Assist patients with financial arrangements, payment processing, and financing options Check patients in and out while ensuring all necessary documentation is completed Maintain accurate patient records and update demographic, insurance, and medical information Coordinate treatment plans and help patients understand recommended care Communicate effectively with doctors, hygienists, and team members to ensure a seamless patient experience Handle patient concerns professionally and help create a positive, supportive environment Follow HIPAA guidelines and maintain patient confidentiality Assist with administrative projects and general office duties as needed Qualifications Previous dental front desk experience preferred Experience with Eaglesoft or other dental practice management software is a plus Strong understanding of dental insurance verification and claims processing Excellent communication and customer service skills Professional phone etiquette and strong interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Proficiency with computers, email, and Microsoft Office applications Positive attitude, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience Paid time off Opportunities for professional growth and development Supportive and collaborative team environment Modern dental office utilizing advanced technology The opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives every day If you are passionate about patient care, enjoy building relationships, and thrive in a professional yet friendly environment, we would love to meet you.
