Job Description
Patient Care Coordinator in a busy, well-respected physical therapy practice with multiple locations. Looking for the right person to be our "first impression"! The most successful candidates will have a minimum of 1-3 years experience in a medical office setting. Must be able to multi-task with attention to detail and a pleasant, professional demeanor. Answer multiline phone, enter patient demographics in EMR, schedule patients in computer system, calculate and collect copayments, verify insurance benefits, obtain and track visit authorizations, give excellent customer service to patients and staff. Maintain a clean and safe clinic environment, including laundry. Must be a self-starter and diligent about high-level job performance, including attendance and punctuality; please be a "people person"! Salary negotiable and commensurate with experience High school graduation is the minimum education required
