Clinical Director (BCBA) - Leadership Opportunity Columbia, MD Full-Time | In-Clinic Lead a clinic. Mentor clinicians. Drive outcomes. This is a leadership-focused BCBA role for someone ready to step into (or continue in) a Clinical Director position with meaningful influence on team development and quality of care. Compensation $115,000 - $130,000 total compensation (base + bonus) Performance-based bonus structure (Competitive for Clinical Director roles in Maryland) Position Overview The Autism Center of Excellence is seeking a Clinical Director (BCBA) to lead our Columbia, MD clinic. This role is designed for a BCBA who is ready to focus on leadership, mentorship, and clinical quality while partnering with leadership to support clinic growth and performance. You will oversee clinical operations, support your team of BCBAs and RBTs, and ensure high-quality, ethical ABA service delivery.
