Job Description

Clinical Supervisor Dermatology & Advanced Skin Care is a well-established, multi-doctor dermatology practice in the Ellicott City / Columbia area that is growing!

We are passionate about providing excellent medical services and know this takes a team effort w everyone counts.
  • Oversee and supervise clinical staff including training and onboarding new hires.
  • Expert knowledge and understanding of medical assisting in dermatology and dermatologic surgery - will provide training specific to the office as part of onboarding experience.
  • Manage the clinical staff's daily schedule.
  • Oversee and manage ordering of office supplies and submit monthly to the practice administrator.
  • Oversee daily office clinical workflow and provide guidance and support to medical assistants when needed.
  • Assist with ensuring a high level of compliance, ethical and professional standards are met.
  • Assist with other duties as assigned.
  • Be a team player and work as a team. Qualifications
  • Strong leadership skills necessary.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and computer skills required.
  • Must be able to juggle or multi-task.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be reliable.
Job Type:
    Full-time:
    Must be able to work shifts between 7:45am - 5:45pm
    Experience:
    • Minimum 2 years' experience working in dermatology and/or a medical office.
    • Minimum 1 years' experience supervising staff preferred.
    Education:
