Health & Wellness Director (RN)Lorien Harmony Hall - Columbia, MD Full-Time | $90,000 - $100,000 Are you a compassionate and inspiring Registered Nurse ready to lead with heart? At Lorien Harmony Hall , we're looking for a Health & Wellness Director (RN) who thrives on building strong teams, delivering exceptional care, and creating a positive, supportive environment for both residents and caregivers. This is a wonderful opportunity to step into a leadership role where you'll have oversight of the entire community , with a primary focus on supporting the 1st and 2nd floors . Our Harmony Park Memory Care (3rd floor) is supported by its own dedicated Delegating Nurse , allowing you to concentrate on strengthening clinical quality, team engagement, and resident experience across the broader building. You'll be supported by a strong clinical structure that includes: 24/7 nursing coverage Two additional nurses on both day and evening shifts One nurse overnight This robust staffing model allows you to focus on what truly matters— coaching your team, enhancing care delivery, and building a culture where everyone feels supported and valued . What You'll Do As our Health & Wellness Director, you'll play a central role in shaping the clinical and cultural success of the community: Provide clinical oversight for the entire building , with focused leadership on the 1st and 2nd floors Lead, mentor, and develop Nurses, CNAs, and Medication Technicians Support training, education, and professional growth of team members Ensure survey readiness and regulatory compliance at all times Oversee resident assessments, care plans, and outcomes Foster a positive workplace culture , strong morale, and team engagement Partner with interdisciplinary teams to deliver person-centered, high-quality care What We're Looking For Active Maryland RN license in good standing Delegating Nurse Certification Experience in Assisted Living (required) Proven leadership experience in senior living or healthcare Strong communication, coaching, and team-building skills A warm, empathetic approach and a passion for enhancing the lives of seniors Benefits That Support You We believe in taking care of our team, so you can take care of others: 80 hours vacation + 40 hours sick leave (accrual-based) 6 Personal Days & 7 Paid Holidays CareFirst Medical Package Same Day Pay Tuition Assistance & Career Growth Opportunities 401(k) with 50% match
