The Little Love Notes, LLC (LLN) is a certified Mental Health agency established in March 2021. We are an organization that provides direct mental health, and community support services to children, adolescents, and adult clients in outpatient settings in Maryland. We offer Counseling, Psychiatry, Substance Use Program (SUD/ IOP-OP), and Psychiatric Rehabilitation Programs (PRP). We aim to provide convenient, high-quality rehabilitation services to clients within Anne Arundel, Prince George's, and the surrounding counties. Our professional staff focuses on building hope in a positive and possible future, symptom management, coping strategies, people skills, job training, life skills, and school skills to build readiness, vocational goal setting, wellness planning, problem-solving, socialization skills, and therapeutic creative expression. Position Overview:
As the Clinical Supervisor for Little Love Notes, you will play a crucial role in providing clinical supervision and guidance to our dedicated team of therapists and counselors once established in our Substance Abuse program. Also, as the Clinical Supervisor, you will be required to provide documented individual and group clinical services and case management to clients with substance abuse, mental health, or dual diagnosis problems. This position requires a skilled clinician with a passion for mentoring and supporting the professional development of clinical staff and clients.Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Supervision:
Provide individual and group supervision to therapists and counselors, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, ethical, and evidence-based services. Support the development of clinical skills and adherence to best practices.Staff Development:
Conduct regular performance evaluations for supervisees, providing constructive feedback and identifying opportunities for professional growth. Collaborate with clinical staff to create and implement professional development plans.Leadership and Oversight:
Provide leadership and oversight to the day-to-day operations of the substance abuse program. Ensure the implementation of policies and procedures in alignment with organizational goals.Staff Management:
Supervise and support program staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback for professional development.Case Consultation:
Provides quality clinical services and case management to assigned clients in accordance with the Company's clinical design and in compliance with all licensing, accreditation, and regulatory bodies. Provides group treatment to clients using the Company curriculum and following the group facilitation protocol as trained. Performs intake assessments and completes all required documentation for services as required by Little Love Notes LLC and all licensing, accreditation, and regulatory bodies within established time frames. Demonstrates respect for supervisors, co-workers, County employees, visitors, and clients. Consistently arrives for work on time and adheres to the program's attendance policies. Strictly adheres to HIPAA and confidentiality policies when responding to inquiries for client information. Demonstrates honesty and integrity at all times in the care of the clients and the use of the facility property. Develops, implements, and revises individual treatment plans for assigned clients in established time frames with the participation of the client. Completes all outcome measurement tools as required by the Company, licensing, and payers in required time frames. Refers clients to appropriate services in the community as necessary. Demonstrate a satisfactory level of interpersonal skills to interact with clients, staff, families, other service providers, vendors, and regulatory agencies. Attends regularly scheduled individual/group supervision and participates in regular staff and team meetings. Participates in multidisciplinary team treatment planning, case review, and case conferences. Maintains comprehensive current clinical skills, competencies, licensure, and certification as required. Facilitate case conferences and provide consultation on complex cases, contributing to effective treatment planning and intervention strategies. Foster a collaborative and learning-oriented team environment.Training and Education:
Coordinate and deliver ongoing training sessions for clinical staff on relevant topics, including new treatment modalities and evidence-based practices. Stay informed about emerging trends in substance abuse treatment.Quality Assurance:
Collaborate with the Clinical Director and other leadership to establish and maintain processes for quality assurance and continuous improvement. Ensure that clinical services comply with relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.Client Centered Care:
Support therapists and counselors in adopting a client-centered approach, promoting cultural competence, and ensuring sensitivity to the diverse needs of clients.Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with the Clinical Director and other team members to enhance interdisciplinary collaboration and communication within the organization. Participate in regular staff meetings and contribute to program development.Data Analysis and Reporting:
Oversee the collection and analysis of clinical data to measure program outcomes and effectiveness. Contribute to the preparation and presentation of reports for internal and external stakeholders.Qualifications:
Master's or Doctoral degree in a relevant clinical field (e.g., counseling, psychology, social work). Licensure as a clinical professional in Maryland Board-approved Supervisor (either Board of Social Work or Board of Professional Counselors). Proven experience in clinical supervision, preferably in substance abuse treatment. Strong communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills.BENEFITS
