Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist patients with a warm and professional demeanor Schedule appointments and manage a busy, multi-provider schedule Verify insurance coverage and benefits (Maryland/DC Medicaid and PPO plans) Present treatment plans and discuss financial arrangements Maintain accurate patient records using Eaglesoft software Handle high call volumes while multitasking efficiently Collaborate with clinical and administrative team members to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications:

Bilingual (Spanish preferred) Prior dental front desk or patient coordination experience required Proficiency in Eaglesoft software Strong knowledge of Maryland/DC Medicaid and PPO insurance plans Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
