Job Description

Brighter Strides ABA is growing in Maryland, and we're looking for BCBAs who want to be part of a supportive, clinician-focused team. Whether you're seeking a full-time or part-time opportunity, we offer flexibility, strong clinical support, and a culture that values both exceptional client outcomes and work-life balance. As we continue to expand across Maryland, we've been intentional about structuring caseloads to support clinician success. Our clients are located throughout the state, allowing us to build manageable geographic caseloads and reduce excessive travel whenever possible. We've also strengthened our clinical leadership team to provide ongoing guidance, collaboration, and support to help our BCBAs thrive. We're equally committed to developing the next generation of clinicians. Our Brighter Minds Fellowship program supports graduate students in the final stages of supervision and BCBA exam preparation, helping them transition confidently into leadership roles. For newly certified BCBAs, we offer ongoing coaching, collaboration, and support from experienced clinical leaders. What You'll Be Doing Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Supervise ABA services and monitor client progress Mentor, train, and support RBTs and Behavior Technicians Review clinical data and make treatment recommendations Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members Complete required documentation and clinical reports Provide direct services when clinically appropriate What We're Looking For BCBA certification (Required) Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Maryland, or eligibility to obtain licensure (Required) Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field (Required) Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills A collaborative and compassionate approach to care Compensation & Incentives We offer competitive compensation along with a performance-based incentive structure designed to recognize and reward clinical excellence, quality outcomes, and productivity.
