Job Description

CAC-AD Supervisor - (OTP) The CAC-AD Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily clinical operations and counseling staff within the Opioid Treatment Program. This position provides supervision, support, and guidance to counselors while ensuring quality patient care, compliance with federal and state regulations, and adherence to program policies and procedures. Responsibilities Supervise and support counseling staff Review clinical documentation, treatment plans, and patient records Assist with patient care issues, crises, and coordination of care Monitor staff productivity and compliance standards Support admissions, transfers, and discharge planning Provide staff training, coaching, and performance feedback Ensure compliance with federal, state, CARF, and program regulations Maintain a professional, organized, and patient-focused treatment environment Qualifications Active Maryland CAC-AD Supervisory certification in good standing Experience working in substance use disorder treatment required Knowledge of OTP regulations, documentation standards, and counseling practices Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Schedule / Hours Full-time position Monday - Friday Early morning schedule typical of OTP operations Benefits Competitive salary Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off (PTO) Paid holidays 401(k) retirement plan Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Supportive team-oriented work environment Continuing education and training opportunities
Pay:
$70,000.00 - $82,441.00 per year
