Annual bonuses (variable depending on office and performance) and overtime opportunities are available at FPCA's After Hours Clinic (eligible after 6 months of employment based on performance)

Patient Services Coordinator Job duties include : Greet patients in a polite and inviting manner in order to facilitate a comforting and welcoming environment Answer phones timely and professionally in order to ensure office efficiency at every level of your office Maintain strict confidentiality of patients' records according to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) standards and our company policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment for our patients Verify insurance coverage and patient demographics to aid our billing office and medical staff Maintain a clean and orderly waiting area to enhance the patient experience of your office Other duties as assigned Patient Services Coordinator Requirements include: High School Diploma or Equivalent 1+ year of customer service experience Experience in medical field preferred This position is eligible for the following benefits: Health Insurance (Single and Family) Dental Insurance (Single and Family) Vision Insurance (Single and Family) Vacation Accrual (2 weeks) Holidays (up to 6 days per year) Sick Leave (1 week/year•first year is prorated) Employer Paid Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability and Long-Term Disability 401k w/ Employer Contributions
