Pharmacy Contract Program Manager 1.8 1.8 out of 5 stars Hanover, MD 21076 From $95,000 a year - Full-time Correct Rx Pharmacy Services, Inc. 32 reviews From $95,000 a year - Full-time Correct Rx Pharmacy Services, Inc., a recognized leader in institutional pharmacy services, is seeking an experienced and highly driven Pharmacy Contract Program Manager to support pharmacy services within a statewide correctional system. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring full contractual compliance, operational coordination, and alignment across clinical, quality, and operational teams within a complex, high-volume healthcare environment. Responsibilities and Duties
  • Ensure full contractual, regulatory, and audit compliance across all pharmacy services
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Correct Rx and a statewide correctional system
  • Maintain accountabilities for all aspects of contract performance
  • Provide administrative oversight of onsite clinical pharmacists
  • Work in close partnership with the Correct Rx Clinical Services Director and CQI Data Analyst to ensure full contractual compliance while exceeding client expectations
  • Maintain active daily presence across all facilities
  • Participate in all required meetings, including MAC, QA/CQI, EHR, and audit processes
  • Coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors
  • Ensure timely identification and resolution of issues
  • Support QA and CQI initiatives
  • Utilize data to support compliance monitoring
  • Maintain strong stakeholder relationships
  • Ensure all reports are completed accurately and on time Education & Credentials
  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in a health-related field or healthcare management
  • Master's degree preferred (Health Administration, Healthcare Management, MBA, or related field) Experience
  • Minimum of three (3) years of contract management experience
  • Experience managing complex, multi-site operations
  • Healthcare or related field experience preferred
Pay:
From $95,000.00 per year
