This leadership role is responsible for ensuring full contractual compliance, operational coordination, and alignment across clinical, quality, and operational teams within a complex, high-volume healthcare environment. Responsibilities and Duties
- Ensure full contractual, regulatory, and audit compliance across all pharmacy services
- Serve as the primary liaison between Correct Rx and a statewide correctional system
- Maintain accountabilities for all aspects of contract performance
- Provide administrative oversight of onsite clinical pharmacists
- Work in close partnership with the Correct Rx Clinical Services Director and CQI Data Analyst to ensure full contractual compliance while exceeding client expectations
- Maintain active daily presence across all facilities
- Participate in all required meetings, including MAC, QA/CQI, EHR, and audit processes
- Coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors
- Ensure timely identification and resolution of issues
- Support QA and CQI initiatives
- Utilize data to support compliance monitoring
- Maintain strong stakeholder relationships
- Ensure all reports are completed accurately and on time Education & Credentials
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in a health-related field or healthcare management
- Master's degree preferred (Health Administration, Healthcare Management, MBA, or related field) Experience
- Minimum of three (3) years of contract management experience
- Experience managing complex, multi-site operations
- Healthcare or related field experience preferred
