Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced Dental Practice Administrator to lead the day-to-day operations of our growing general dental practice. This is a full-time leadership position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about patient care, and has a strong understanding of both clinical and business aspects of dentistry. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Operational Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the entire team to achieve practice goals
  • Oversee all daily operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and exceptional patient flow
  • Conduct regular morning huddles
  • Drive a culture of excellence, customer service, and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with the owner to align clinical and business objectives Treatment Planning & Case Presentation
  • Review and present treatment plans clearly and confidently to patients
  • Educate patients on treatment options, benefits, and value of care
  • Drive case acceptance through strong communication and relationship-building Financial Coordination
  • Discuss fees, insurance benefits, and payment options with patients
  • Verify insurance and ensure accurate financial arrangements
  • Manage accounts receivable and support overall revenue cycle performance Check-Out Responsibilities
  • Ensure every patient receives a complete and professional check-out experience
  • Collect payments and review financial agreements prior to patient departure
  • Schedule next appointments and ensure continuity of care
  • Coordinate hand-off from clinical team to front desk seamlessly
  • Confirm that all treatment is accurately entered and documented in the system What We Offer
