Job Description
Our growing Private Practice, patient-focused orthodontic practice is seeking a professional and enthusiastic Orthodontic Patient Coordinator to join our team. This is a key role for someone who loves working with people and who brings both professionalism and warmth to every interaction. About the Role As the first point of contact for our patients, you will help create a welcoming, organized, and positive experience from the moment they walk through our doors. You'll play an essential role in patient communication, financial coordination, and day-to-day front office operations. Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome patients and families into the practice
- Manage front desk operations, scheduling, and administrative tasks
- Clearly explain treatment plans and financial contracts with confidence and empathy
- Communicate effectively with patients, parents, and the clinical team What We're Looking For
- Professional, polished, and presentable demeanor
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Genuine love for working with people and providing exceptional service
- Prior experience in an orthodontic (or dental) office is strongly preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
- Knowledge with OrthoFi Software is a plus
