Job Description

Overview LifeMed Institute is growing! We are seeking a dedicated, energetic, positive thinking Care Coordinator and Receptionist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless patient care coordination and support within our medical facility. Be passionate about providing high-quality patient care and possess a strong commitment to excellence and patient satisfaction. Our team is dedicated to wellness and empowering our patients to live stronger healthier lives. Position This is a Full Time position Monday through Friday with some Saturdays. Benefits, PTO and paid time off. Duties
  • Greet and welcome patients
  • Answer phones professionally and energetically
  • Schedule, confirm and check out appointments
  • Check out and review service and product costs
  • Coordinate patient care activities to ensure optimal outcomes
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Assist in managing patient appointments, referrals, and follow-ups
  • Provide administrative support in medical record management and documentation
  • Establish and maintain rapport with patients
  • Evaluate patient suitability for services with medical team
  • Maintain product and service knowledge for practice to cross educate patients
  • Ensure the safety of patients and team members
  • Assure appearance and cleanliness of equipment and work space
  • Verify and review intake, consent and medical history forms
  • Ensure all patients concerns, questions and care are resolved professionally and with excellent customer service Skills
  • Proficiency in medical administrative support tasks
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
  • Good time management and ability to multi task
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Works well in and enjoys a fast-paced environment
  • Organization skills and commitment to keeping a well-organized and clean environment
