Job Description

Large Dynamic Multi-Site Medical Group is seeking a Practice Administrator/Controller to work in the Corporate Office. This role serves as the primary financial steward with the main medical group and all the subsidiary companies, ensuring consistent financial practices, cash controls, and revenue cycle standards across all locations. In addition, the role will oversee Operations, Corporate Administration and Human Resources. Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Practice Administrator/Controller with extensive experience in accounting, financial management, and regulatory compliance in a private practice medical group. This role assists in planning and executing initiatives to solve problems with goals of improving efficiency, accuracy, effectiveness and increasing collections. Essential Responsibilities Financial Manage all aspects of accounting functions including general ledger accounting, account reconciliations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, benefits management and payroll processing. Oversee medical billing and ensure accurate, timely payments. Oversee financial reporting processes, including regulatory reporting, financial statement preparation, and detailed financial analysis Verify accuracy of financial data and maintain integrity of financial records. Monitor internal controls and procedures. Supervise the finance team to promote best practices in financial management while fostering a culture of accuracy and accountability. Human Resources/Performance Management Works in conjunction with the Director of Operations Oversees recruitment, hiring and termination of employees Performs various calculations for variable compensation Ensures compliance with vendors and regulatory bodies regarding 401k Plans etc. Compliance Ensures practice compliance with all regulatory agencies governing healthcare delivery and accrediting bodies Acts as Compliance Officer Corporate Governance Participates/coordinates Physician Leadership Meetings, Documents Minutes etc. Maintains offices, leases and equipment Qualifications Proven experience in accounting roles within private practice medical group setting. Proficient in accounting software such as Sage, Quickbooks, Peachtree. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data accurately and communicate findings clearly. Effective leadership skills in fast-paced environments requiring meticulous attention to detail. Education Bachelors of Science in Accounting required Master's of Business with concentration in Accounting, Economics or Finance preferred Revenue Cycle Management Certificates preferred

$100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
