This leadership role focuses on clinical quality, staff development, and program efficiency , ensuring consistent, effective, and ethical care. The Clinical Director plays a key role in mentoring clinicians, strengthening clinical systems, and driving organizational growth. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Clinical Oversight Lead ABA clinical operations including intake, treatment planning, and case oversight Mentor and supervise BCBAs and clinical staff Collaborate with leadership on program growth and development Support hiring, staffing decisions, and resource management Quality Assurance & Performance Monitor staff performance and implement improvement plans Conduct audits and ensure compliance with payer and regulatory standards Ensure treatment fidelity and program quality Maintain adherence to ethical and organizational policies Training & Professional Development Mentor newly certified BCBAs and supervise Student Analysts Develop onboarding and ongoing training programs Lead professional development initiatives Promote continuous learning and clinical excellence Clinical Quality Conduct treatment fidelity observations and provide feedback Review assessments and treatment plans Support high-quality, effective programming Qualifications Master's degree required BCBA with Maryland licensure (LBA) or Licensed Psychologist required Minimum 5 years of ABA clinical experience Strong supervision and leadership experience Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, Short-Term Disability, 401k, Paid Vacation time-off, Paid Sick Time-Off, Paid holidays Hybrid flexibility available Professional development stipend and paid time off for conferences Relocation assistance Why Join BES Practitioner-owned organization with strong clinical values Supportive, collaborative team environment Opportunity to lead and shape clinical programming Commitment to high-quality care and professional growth
