Job Description
Start your career in dentistry with a team that values growth, positivity, and patient care! Are you a recent graduate or someone looking to start a rewarding career in the dental field? We are looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Patient Coordinator to join our team!
What You'll Do:
- Greet and welcome patients with a warm, professional attitude
- Manage scheduling, check-in/check-out, and patient flow
- Answer phones and assist with patient questions
- Coordinate treatment plans and financial arrangements
- Support the clinical team to ensure an exceptional patient experience
What We're Looking For:
- A positive, team-oriented mindset
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to learn and grow in the dental field
- Previous customer service experience is a plus (but not required!
