Our Restaurant Managers ensure we are delivering gracious hospitality in all Front of House departments of The HUB Stadium and lead, coach and inspire their team members to do just the same. Your responsibilities include maintaining the venue's revenue, profitability and quality goals. You will ensure efficient operation, as well as maintain high productivity, quality, and customer-service standards. To be successful in this role, you'll need skills and experience in front-of-house management. Must be able to handle the pressures of simultaneously coordinating the dining room with a wide range of entertainment activities and recommend appropriate solutions to restaurant problems. We'll expect you to lead by example and uplift our staff during busy moments in our fast-paced environment while providing superior customer service.Responsibilities:
Provide inspirational leadership with an emphasis on operations, food and service quality, people development, hospitality, cleanliness, and sales/profitability. Lead pre-shift meetings to communicate daily Chef Recommendations, policy updates, and general information to inspire the restaurant team Champion the guest experience while instilling a culture of guest first hospitality. Support in-house training initiatives, monitoring training processes to ensure quality and consistency. Ensure that private events, catering, and banquets are properly executed. Control cash and other receipts by adhering to cash handling and recognition procedures in accordance with company policies and procedures. Continuously develop and motivate the team to deliver legendary customer service. Ensure the company's policies and procedures are properly executed.Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of high-volume restaurant management experience Excellent leadership skills and sound business ethics Great oral and written communication skills Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills Must be self-motivated and guest focused Excellent organizational/time management skills Results driven and able to meet deadlines Familiar with touch screen POS systems including backend reports ServSafe Manager preferred, ServSafe Food Handler preferred Ability to work opening, mid, and closing shifts at the restaurant Ability to stand and walk for up to 10 hours per day and able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds Able to supervise up to 20+ employees per shiftAdditionally:
