This individual is responsible for coordinating daily clinic operations, supporting physicians and staff, ensuring a positive patient experience, and helping maintain efficient workflows throughout the site. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, service-oriented, and capable of balancing multiple responsibilities while maintaining a positive and professional presence. Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily operations to ensure efficient clinic flow and patient scheduling Serve as a resource for providers, staff, and patients regarding operational questions and concerns Assist with staff scheduling, onboarding coordination, and training support Monitor clinic workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and patient experience Support physician needs and facilitate communication between providers and operational leadership Address patient concerns and assist with service recovery when needed Maintain office supplies, equipment coordination, and general site readiness Ensure adherence to organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements Assist with data collection, reporting, and operational tracking as requested Foster a positive, collaborative environment that supports teamwork and excellent patient care Qualifications Required Minimum of two years of healthcare, medical office, or clinic operations experience Prior experience in a coordinator, lead, supervisor, or similar support role preferred Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with physicians and staff Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Proficiency with electronic medical records and Microsoft Office applications Preferred Orthopaedic or specialty practice experience Ambulatory or outpatient healthcare experience Associate's or Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field What We're Looking For The successful candidate will demonstrate: Strong organizational and coordination skills Excellent service and a patient-focused mindset Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities Effective communication and relationship-building skills Sound judgment and problem-solving abilities Initiative and accountability Flexibility in a dynamic healthcare environment Ability to support both operational needs and team success Ideal Leadership Traits Organized and detail-oriented Dependable and proactive Positive and approachable Strong team player Service-oriented mindset Adaptable and resourceful Calm under pressure Committed to delivering an exceptional patient experience Environment & Culture Fit This role is ideal for an individual who enjoys working in a collaborative healthcare environment and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly.
