$60,000-$80,000 Ready to Take Your Dental Career to the Next Level? Cambridge Dental Group is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Operations Administrator to join our growing leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced dental professional who is ready to expand their impact beyond day-to-day operations and help drive the success of a thriving, patient-centered practice. Our busy general dentistry office is home to six providers and a strong, established patient base. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and is passionate about creating exceptional experiences for both patients and team members. What You'll Do Support and oversee daily office operations Partner with leadership to improve systems, workflows, and efficiency Monitor scheduling, patient flow, and operational performance Assist with team development, accountability, and office culture Analyze processes and identify opportunities for improvement Help drive practice growth and operational excellence Support patient experience initiatives and service recovery Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to achieve practice goals What We're Looking For 5+ years of dental experience required 2+ years of dental management or leadership experience required Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take ownership Critical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and leadership skills Positive attitude and growth mindset Experience with Open Dental preferred Why Cambridge Dental Group?
