Heights Family Medicine Dearborn Heights, MI Job Details Part-time $16 - $18 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Teamwork Medical office experience Attention to detail Documentation review HEDIS Full Job Description Heights Family Medicine is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time HEDIS / Quality Measures Coordinator to help improve patient outcomes, preventative care compliance, and quality performance metrics within our growing primary care practice.

Responsibilities:

Review patient charts for quality measure gaps (HEDIS, preventative screenings, chronic disease management, etc.) Prepare provider quality measure paperwork prior to appointments Contact patients regarding overdue screenings, labs, and follow-up appointments Coordinate with providers, front desk staff, and medical assistants to improve workflow efficiency Track and monitor performance metrics and patient compliance Assist with reporting and documentation related to insurance quality programs

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with HEDIS, quality measures, population health, or medical office workflows preferred Familiarity with EMR systems (Athena experience is a plus) Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment Attention to detail and ability to work independently
