MUST HAVE
1+ year dental office experience Cambridge Dental Group is a dynamic, high-volume dental practice in Dearborn Heights, Michigan. We are seeking a full-time Patient Coordinator with prior experience in scheduling and insurance. If you're skilled, organized, and customer-focused, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do:
Greet and check in patients Coordinate complex treatment schedules and referrals Verify and submit insurance claims Collect payments, explain financial policies, and follow up on patient balances Maintain accurate patient records and appointment histories Serve as a liaison between clinical and administrative teams
Requirements:
2+ years dental front office experience required Experience in a dental office is a must Strong knowledge of dental insurance verification and billing (PPO, Medicaid, etc.) Familiarity with practice management software (Open Dental preferred) Excellent organizational and communication skills Professional, dependable, and confident in a fast-paced environment
