Wave Dental Specialists is a dynamic, high-volume multi-specialty dental practice in Dearborn Heights, Michigan. We are seeking a full-time Patient Coordinator with prior experience in specialty scheduling and insurance. If you're skilled, organized, and customer-focused, we want to hear from you!What You'll Do:
Greet and check in patients across multiple specialties (endo, oral surgery, perio, etc.) Coordinate complex treatment schedules and referrals between specialists Verify and submit insurance claims for specialty procedures Collect payments, explain financial policies, and follow up on patient balances Maintain accurate patient records and appointment histories Serve as a liaison between clinical and administrative teamsRequirements:
2+ years dental front office experience required Experience in a multi-specialty or specialty dental office is a must Strong knowledge of dental insurance verification and billing (PPO, Medicaid, etc.) Familiarity with practice management software (Open Dental preferred) Excellent organizational and communication skills Professional, dependable, and confident in a fast-paced environmentWe Offer:
