per year Opportunity to work for one of Michigan's most reputable contractors Work on landmark projects in an environment that is team-based and supportive About Our Client We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead healthcare construction projects throughout the Detroit metro area. This role is responsible for managing projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with healthcare regulations and client standards. This is an excellent opportunity for a construction professional with a strong background in hospital, medical office, clinic, or surgical facility projects who wants to work on meaningful, high-impact healthcare builds. Job Description Key Responsibilities Manage healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through completion Coordinate closely with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and inspectors Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts Oversee subcontractor performance, contract administration, and change management Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and infection control requirements (ICRA) Conduct regular jobsite meetings and provide clear project reporting Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining quality and schedule Lead project closeout, commissioning, and handover documentation MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
