Position Summary The Patient Care Coordinator is the first friendly face our patients see and the welcoming voice they hear. You'll ensure every visit begins with a warm, positive interaction while helping maintain an efficient, organized front office. You'll play a key role in creating a seamless experience for patients from check-in to check-out. Key Responsibilities Warmly greet all patients upon arrival and notify the clinical team of their presence Ensure all required forms and information are completed and up to date Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally Contact patients and/or insurance companies to clarify coverage as needed Monitor and respond to office emails throughout the day Confirm patient appointments via text and phone Assist with patient check-out and ensure smooth daily flow Submit all insurance claims for the day Keep the front desk and waiting area stocked, organized, and inviting (coffee, water, giveaways, etc.) Support teammates and assist with additional office tasks as needed Who We're Looking For At least 6 months in a customer service role working with customers face to face and on the phone A friendly, positive, and professional communicator who loves connecting with people A self-starter who takes initiative and thrives in a team environment Someone with a strong attention to detail and a genuine desire to help others Prior dental experience is a plus—but not required! We're happy to train the right person Ability to work the hours the office is open and availability to stay late one night a week
