BCBA / BCaBA Clinical Supervisor In-Home Services | Remote/Hybrid Supervision | Flexible Scheduling T.R.A.C. Therapy Research Autism Center is seeking passionate BCBAs and BCaBAs looking for part-time opportunities with the potential to grow into full-time roles. We are a small but growing ABA provider that prioritizes work-life balance, clinician support, and professional growth. About the Role T.R.A.C. is a 100% in-home ABA provider seeking supervisors interested in a remote/hybrid position. We offer flexible scheduling that allows clinicians to balance clinical responsibilities with personal well-being. Afternoon and evening availability is required to support client scheduling needs.

Supervision responsibilities include:

Telehealth supervision. Monthly in-person client visits. Parent and caregiver collaboration. Clinical oversight and guidance for Behavior Technicians and RBTs. Flexible scheduling based on clinical and client needs.

Are dedicated to helping clients and families overcome challenges associated with their diagnoses. Maintain strong clinical, ethical, and professional standards. Demonstrate strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.

BCaBA Requirements:

Active BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB. Active LARA License.
