Position Summary As a Clinical Team Manager, you will oversee the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of new staff members to meet clinical staffing needs, while also managing employee relationships and providing coaching and feedback to improve performance and job satisfaction. You will work closely with human resources to implement disciplinary procedures and develop retention strategies to reduce turnover. Your goal is to foster a positive work environment that promotes employee engagement. Schedule Details Full-time Status on 1st Shift working 40 hours a week Weekend rotation required - Every third weekend What this role would look like day to day Coordinate clinical staffing by overseeing recruiting, hiring, and onboarding Create and manage staff schedules to ensure proper coverage Review and approve time off requests based on staffing needs Monitor timecards, close payroll, and manage overtime Support and develop staff through coaching, training, and performance evaluations Partner with HR on employee relations, including disciplinary actions and performance management Identify turnover trends and implement strategies to improve retention Foster a positive, engaged, and team-oriented work environment Lead process improvements to enhance efficiency and team performance Promote clear communication through team meetings and daily interactions Assist with planning and managing the clinical department budget Work Environment Competitive pay and benefits package EAP and Chaplain services provided Leadership that values honesty, follow-through, and care for people A workplace where accountability and support go hand in hand Meaningful work that directly supports the daily experience of senior adults
Requirements:
Must have a minimum of high school diploma or GED equivalent. An associate's degree or higher in management, healthcare administration, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent job experience.
