We are looking for a new team member at Molly's Cafe & Deli in Gaslight Village! We are looking for someone with hospitality experience to work a variety of lunch and evening shifts, and someone who is comfortable leading a team as a closing Shift Lead a couple nights a week. This position is included in the tip pool. Duties Prepare and assemble food items efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and food safety. Operate Toast POS system to process orders accurately and handle cash transactions. Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, and addressing inquiries promptly. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards across all areas including food prep stations, dining spaces, and kitchen environments. Assist in training new team members on food handling, POS operation, and customer service protocols. Manage shift responsibilities such as inventory checks, closing procedures, and ensuring compliance with health regulations. Qualifications Previous experience in food preparation, food service, or retail environments is highly desirable. Familiarity with Toast POS is a plus. Strong skills in time management, multitasking, and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced setting. Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures. Experience working in quick service or fast-food restaurants is preferred but not required.
