As the first face they see and the first voice they hear, you set the tone for that entire experience. This isn't a "just answer phones and file paperwork" job. You'll build real relationships with patients and families across months or years of treatment, and you'll be a trusted point of contact for people navigating something new and sometimes intimidating. Schedule:
This is a Monday through Thursday position — because we think weekends should actually feel like weekends.

Responsibilities:
Welcome patients and families with genuine warmth and help them feel at ease from the moment they walk in Manage incoming calls and inquiries with care and clarity — often being the reason a new patient chooses to come in Keep schedules running smoothly so every patient gets the time and attention they deserve Guide patients and parents through questions about treatment, appointments, and next steps Keep the front desk and reception area organized and inviting Handle administrative tasks including data entry, correspondence, and recordkeeping with accuracy and discretion Requirements /
Qualifications:
A naturally warm, people-oriented personality — you genuinely enjoy making others feel welcome Strong communication skills, both in person and on the phone Comfortable with computers and office software; quick to learn new systems Organized and calm under pressure with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once A collaborative spirit and genuine pride in doing your job well Prior experience in a receptionist, customer service, or healthcare setting is a plus — but the right attitude matters most
