Job Description:
This is a flexible, cross-functional role supporting patient access, intake, insurance and revenue cycle processes, documentation, and general operations. You'll work across multiple teams to help families get started with services smoothly and ensure internal workflows stay organized and efficient.
Details:
Full-time | Starting at $20/hour | Reports to Revenue Cycle Manager Healthcare admin, intake, billing, insurance, or operations experience preferred. What you'll support:
  • Patient intake and onboarding, including collecting and reviewing required documentation
  • Insurance verification, eligibility checks, and authorization tracking
  • Communication with families regarding scheduling readiness, insurance, and payment information
  • Revenue cycle tasks such as documentation follow-up, claim readiness, and issue escalation
  • Maintaining accurate records across systems and supporting compliance requirements
  • Tracking HR and compliance requirements for therapists and support staff, including onboarding, training, credentials, and expirables
  • General administrative and operational support to keep day-to-day workflows running smoothly What we're looking for: Someone who is organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced pediatric therapy environment.
Strong communication skills and the ability to follow through on tasks are key. Ideal for candidates with experience in healthcare administration, patient access, billing, scheduling, or insurance processes who enjoy supporting multiple functions and solving problems behind the scenes.
