Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the indoor golf and duckpin bowling facilities, ensuring they are clean, safe, and welcoming for all guests.
• Create a positive and engaging atmosphere by addressing guest inquiries and enhancing overall customer satisfaction.
• Plan and coordinate events, tournaments, promotions, and private parties to boost attendance and engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and advertising campaigns to attract new customers.
• Manage a team of bartenders and oversee light bartending operations, with an emphasis on excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in hospitality, event planning, or similar roles is preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage and motivate the team.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential.
