Job Description
The Role We're seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support critical administrative and communication workflows.
This position is based in our Kalamazoo, MI office. Key Responsibilities Answer and manage incoming phone calls; route and escalate communications as needed Provide administrative support across multiple operational functions Process incoming correspondence and ensure timely, accurate documentation Maintain data accuracy across internal systems Assist with invoices, billing, and accounts receivable follow-up Support medical records requests Help compile and maintain client lists Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and case management Qualifications 2-4 years of administrative or operations experience (healthcare or case management preferred) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Comfortable handling frequent phone-based communication Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with case management systems a plus Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities About SkyView SkyView, a
