Our clinic specializes in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. We are committed to excellence in patient outcomes, team development, and operational efficiency. Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Oral Surgery Office Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead our clinical and administrative teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the surgery clinic, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality patient care. Manage and supervise administrative and clinical teams, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations. Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and clinic policies. Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, billing, and revenue cycle management. Develop and implement policies to enhance patient experience and operational efficiency. Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, and healthcare professionals to optimize clinic services. Maintain inventory and oversee procurement of medical supplies and equipment. Address patient concerns and ensure a high standard of customer service. Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in healthcare management. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management or a related field (Preferred) Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in healthcare management, preferably in a surgical, medical or dental setting.insurance verification, and healthcare compliance is preferred. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems and healthcare software. Understanding of financial and operational management within a medical practice.
