Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all clinical operations within the community Supervise, coach, and develop nursing and caregiving staff Ensure compliance with state regulations and clinical standards Partner with the Executive Director and leadership team on care strategy Oversee resident assessments, care planning, and service delivery Monitor quality assurance, infection control, and medication management Serve as on-call leader and participate in Manager-on-Duty (MOD) rotation Build strong relationships with residents, families, and staff What We're Looking For Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - REQUIRED Prior assisted living or senior living experience - REQUIRED Previous leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred Strong knowledge of state regulations and compliance standards Ability to lead teams, manage performance, and drive accountability Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Passion for senior care and resident-centered outcomes Physical Requirements Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs (up to 80 lbs with assistance devices) Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move for extended periods Exposure to healthcare environments, including infectious diseases Our Culture At Charter Senior Living, our core values guide everything we do: Serve with Heart Serve with Purpose Serve with Courage Have Fun While Serving Our team members often say: "It truly feels like a family at Charter."
