True Health Chiropractic is looking for a Patient Care Coordinator & Social Media Assistant to join our growing team. You'll be the friendly face greeting patients while also helping us grow our social media presence through engaging content and community outreach. ResponsibilitiesPatient Care Coordinator Duties Welcome and check in patients with a warm, positive attitude Answer phones and schedule appointments Process payments and basic office paperwork Assist with patient communication and follow-up Support daily office operations Help maintain a clean and professional environment Travel between our Livonia and Romulus offices as needed Social Media & Marketing Duties Create and post content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Film and edit short-form video content Take photos and videos in the office Capture patient success stories (with permission) Help promote office events, services, and special offers Engage with followers and respond to messages and comments Assist with growing our online audience and community presence Qualifications ✅ Friendly, outgoing, and positive personality ✅ Excellent communication skills ✅ Strong multitasking and organizational abilities ✅ Comfortable with social media platforms ✅ Familiar with Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Canva, or CapCut ✅ Reliable transportation ✅ Dependable, punctual, and professional ✅ Comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment ✅ Passion for health, wellness, fitness, nutrition, or personal development ✅ Able to represent the values and mission of True Health Chiropractic Bonus Points For Experience creating social media content Photography or video editing experience Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or healthcare Fitness, wellness, nutrition, chiropractic, or healthcare interests Comfortable being on camera and creating engaging content Compensation $17-$22 per hour , depending on experience.
