We're partnering with a dynamic, physician-founded medical practice in Marquette, MI, looking for a Patient Information Coordinator to join their team onsite . If you have experience as a Medical Assistant, Patient Coordinator, Medical Biller, LNA, Unit Coordinator, Emergency Room Technician, or a similar role , this could be your next great opportunity! Patient Information Coordinator
SCHEDULE
M-F 5:00AM-1:00PM (Weekend rotation)
SALARY:
$18/hourly
LOCATION
Marquette, MI (on-site)
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Accurately enter billing codes into the electronic medical records system Verify insurance details and update patient demographic information Assist clinical staff with appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations Provide top-tier customer service to patients, clinical teams, and non-clinical staff
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Experienced working within healthcare setting Solid understanding of medical terminology Knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT codes (preferred) Ability to stand, walk, and type for long prorated periods of time Up-to-date with all immunizations and vaccinations If you're ready to make a difference in patient care, apply today!
