This role is for a licensed clinician who brings both strong clinical judgement and the ability to lead, develop, and hold a team to high standards. As Mental Health Clinical Director at the Wellness Institute of Michigan , you'll oversee the clinical side of a growing practice while continuing to stay connected to patient care through a small caseload. You'll guide clinicians, strengthen systems, and play a key role in setting clinical standards and improving outcomes across the practice. When you join us, you can expect: Salary starting from $100,000 (based on experience) 401(k) with employer match Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and sick leave CEU reimbursement and professional development support Flexible schedule with some hybrid work What You'll Do Lead and supervise clinical staff, including therapists, team leaders, mentors, and clinical licensure supervisors. Maintain a small caseload (8-10 patients weekly), plus direct a staff of 30 clinicans including mid management team leaders Oversee clinical quality, documentation, and compliance with state and federal regulations Develop and refine clinical policies, procedures, and evidence-based practices Partner with HR on hiring, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations Lead the clinical use of the EMR system, ensuring accurate documentation, efficient workflows, and compliance Contribute to program development and evaluate clinical outcomes to improve services What You Bring Master's level degree in clinical social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy, licensed professional counselor or doctorate in clinical psychology Full licensure in the State of Michigan (LMSW, LPC, LMFT, or PhD) 5+ years of experience in treating patients face-to-face 3+ years of clinical leadership or supervision experience Strong understanding of mental health regulations, documentation, and compliance 7jW4Hbvmuw
