Job Description
Executive Director:
At Cedarbrook Senior Living, we work hard every day to find out what "Celebrating Life Every Day!" means to our residents and their families, then we help them achieve these goals. We are seeking a dynamic Executive Director at our Northville community.:Responsibilities:
Leads the community and drives resident satisfaction, team member engagement, financial management and process management. Champions the community vision, addresses strategic challenges and supports the implementation of strategic plans. Ensure systems and processes are in place to continuously monitor quality of care, service delivery and regulatory compliance. Initiates and promotes an ongoing commitment to excellence in resident services through the Cedarbrook Service program. Promote a positive and efficient work atmosphere by establishing an organization that has a formal system of accountability and clear chain of command. Maintain a close liaison with residents and their organizations, keeping informed at all times of their desires and requirements. Actively market Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care services to ensure occupancy goals are achieved. Assists with developing operating and capital expenditure budgets for the community. Exercise sound fiduciary responsibility while adhering strictly to the established policies and procedures of Cedarbrook Senior Living.Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Health Care, Business Administration, or health-related field; Master's degree a plus. Minimum of five years managerial experience preferably in the senior living, heath care or hospitality industries. Willing to obtain and maintain CALD (Certified Assisted Living Director) certification. Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills required. Must be detail-oriented, able to prioritize and multitask. Strong verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational skills. Exceptional customer-service skills with a positive attitude. Self-motivated with a creative problem-solving aptitude.:Benefits:
