This role blends clinic operations, patient coordination, and sales leadership . The ideal candidate is polished, detail-oriented, and thrives in a performance-based, luxury healthcare environment . Core Responsibilities 1. Patient Experience & Concierge Service Serve as the primary point of contact for all patients Deliver a high-touch, concierge-level experience from first contact through ongoing care Manage scheduling, follow-ups, and retention systems Ensure every patient interaction reflects a premium brand standard 2. Revenue Growth & Patient Conversion Convert inbound leads into paid consultations and treatment plans Educate patients on services (HRT, peptides, sexual wellness, weight optimization, hair restoration) Present and close treatment plans and membership packages Track and improve conversion rates, retention, and lifetime value 3. Clinic Operations Management Oversee daily clinic operations and workflow efficiency Coordinate provider schedules (NPs, consultants) Manage inventory and vendor relationships Implement SOPs and continuously optimize systems 4. Team Leadership & Accountability Act as on-site leader ensuring accountability and performance Support clinical staff with patient flow and communication Maintain a high-performance, solutions-oriented culture 5. Administrative & KPI Tracking Track and report on: Monthly revenue Patient conversion rates Membership growth Retention metrics Identify bottlenecks and proactively implement improvements Ideal Candidate Profile 3-7+ years in: Medical office management Aesthetic / med spa / concierge medicine (strongly preferred) Proven ability to: Convert patients into paid services Deliver high-end client experience Strong communication, sales, and organizational skills Comfortable in a performance-based compensation structure Compensation Structure Base Salary $70,000 - $80,000 + REVENUE
