This role is designed for an experienced healthcare business development professional with a proven track record of building referral relationships and driving admissions in the post‑acute or home care space. You will independently manage a territory, cultivate high‑value referral partnerships, and generate consistent home care admissions through hospitals, skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), rehabilitation centers, assisted living facilities (ALFs), physicians, and workers' compensation / auto injury partners. What You'll Do Own and actively manage a healthcare referral territory Build, maintain, and expand established referral relationships with hospitals, SNFs, ALFs, rehab centers, physicians, and case managers Consistently generate and convert qualified referrals into active home care cases Conduct strategic in‑person visits and targeted outreach with decision‑makers Partner closely with intake to ensure referrals convert to start‑of‑care Track outreach, referrals, and performance using CRM tools Meet or exceed monthly referral and revenue performance expectations Represent BrightStar Care professionally within the healthcare community What We Offer Base salary: $55,000-$70,000 (commensurate with experience) Weekly pay with direct deposit Flexible schedule with autonomy over daily activity Performance‑based referral bonus program Growth opportunity within a fast‑growing, established home care agency What We're Looking For (Non‑Negotiable) 2+ years of direct healthcare business development or referral‑based sales experience Demonstrated success developing hospital, SNF, rehab, ALF, or physician referral relationships Strong understanding of hospital discharge planning and post‑acute care pathways Proven ability to manage a territory independently and deliver measurable results Experience working with intake, admissions, or care coordination teams CRM experience required Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurance required This role is not entry‑level and is not a training position. Applicants without healthcare referral or territory‑based sales experience will not be considered.
